Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TaxFlash Platform, including all services, content, tools, and features available through www.taxflash.in.
This Agreement is entered into and becomes effective on the date of access or use of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date")
BETWEEN:Taxflash Media LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and having its principal office situated at Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi – 110035(hereinafter referred to as "TaxFlash" or "the Firm"), AND the person or entity accessing or using the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
Where a User accesses this Platform on behalf of a corporate body, organisation, or any other legal entity, such User represents and warrants that they hold requisite authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, and the term "User" shall accordingly include such entity.
WHEREAS TaxFlash operates and maintains an online knowledge-sharing platform (accessible as a website and/or mobile application) dedicated to disseminating legal updates, regulatory information, tax jurisprudence, and professional tools for practitioners and stakeholders in the fields of taxation, corporate law, and related disciplines;
AND WHEREAS the User desires to access, browse, or avail any service, content, or feature made available through the TaxFlash Platform;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings and covenants set out herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, TaxFlash and the User, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:
1. Definitions
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them under these Terms of Use.
- Account – User account created on TaxFlash.
- Agreement – These Terms together with Privacy Policy and related policies.
- Content – Text, images, graphics, software, videos and all digital information.
- Platform – Website, mobile application and digital services operated by TaxFlash.
- User – Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
2. Binding Nature of Agreement
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies published by TaxFlash.
3. Amendments & Modifications
TaxFlash may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
4. Description of the TaxFlash Platform
TaxFlash operates a legal and taxation knowledge-sharing platform providing updates, articles, professional tools, case law summaries, newsletters and related resources.
5. Data Retention & Backup Policy
User information may be retained for legal, regulatory, operational and audit purposes in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
6. Platform Availability
While TaxFlash aims to maintain continuous availability, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, security updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws.
8. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
- Use the Platform responsibly and professionally.
9. Code of Conduct
Users shall not upload unlawful, defamatory, harmful, misleading, infringing or malicious content, nor attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems.
10. Monitoring & Support
TaxFlash may monitor Platform activity for quality assurance, security and compliance purposes.
11. Suspension & Termination
TaxFlash reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated or misuse is detected.
12. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Users must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations while using the Platform.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in New Delhi.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos and proprietary material available on the Platform remain the exclusive property of TaxFlash or its licensors.
15. Content Permanence & Removal Policy
Published content may remain available on the Platform for reference purposes. TaxFlash may remove or modify content where legally required.
16. Electronic Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receiving communications electronically through email or Platform notifications.

18. Response to Legal Process
TaxFlash shall respond appropriately to lawful court orders, subpoenas and legal requests in accordance with applicable law.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other published policies, constitute the complete agreement between TaxFlash and Users.
